This wizard will help you configure Microsoft Outlook to access your POP3 email account hosted by OS-Cubed. Click through the pages in sequence to see step-by-step instructions.
POP3 stands for Post Office Protocol 3. It allows one email account to be accessed from one computer, such as a work PC or laptop. Email is downloaded and removed from the server. Once email has been downloaded it cannot be downloaded again from another computer. Since messages are removed from the mailbox they only affect your quota until they are downloaded.
If you need to access email from multiple computers, a better option may be to use an IMAP email configuration. IMAP will download copies of all email messages, leaving the original on the mail server. Using IMAP from multiple computers allows the email messages to be viewed and managed from each computer.
If you wish to use IMAP, please see the IMAP configuration wizard.
