Welcome
This wizard will help you configure Microsoft Outlook to access your IMAP email account hosted by OS-Cubed. Click through the pages in sequence to see step-by-step instructions.
IMAP stands for Internet Message Access Protocol. It allows one email account to be accessed from multiple computers, such as a work PC, a home PC, and a laptop. Email is left on the mail server, even after it has been viewed or deleted. To remove email from the server, it must be manually purged.
Since messages remain in the mailbox until they are purged, the space these messages use will count against the quota assigned to you by OS-Cubed. If you exceed your quota, you will no longer be able to receive new messages. Please monitor your mailbox usage carefully.
If you do not intend to access email from multiple computers, a better option may be to use a POP3 email configuration. POP3 will download all messages to your PC and remove them from the server.
If you wish to use POP3, please see the POP3 configuration wizard.
